Value in exchange is the estimated value of a property which it would be worth in an average, fair and open transaction, disregarding any influences from the desires of a particular client, the different possible purposes of the property etc. The process of determining the value in exchange is based on the most objective factors possible, such as values of similar transactions, technical quality of a property, the surrounding infrastructure etc.
