Parol evidence rule

Parol evidence rule is a principle of agreement verification which states that a written contract is always assumed to be the final and defining basis an agreement, as well as a final and defining source of information about said agreement, and it cannot be overridden by any previous agreements, as well as simultaneous oral agreements.
