Neighbourhood is an area which can be classified as a single zone, a unified object, because of the similarities of buildings, infrastructure and/or inhabitants of that area. These similarities may belong to any number of categories, e.g. all the buildings may be residential real estate, or all the inhabitants may be the workers of a specific institution etc.
