Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is a trade association of Canadian real estate brokers and agents. It was founded in 1943 with the aim of representing the interests of local real estate agents, and to prevent wartime policies to affect post-war industry development in particular. Nowadays, the association is solely dedicated to promote the interests of real estate indurty representatives by cooperating with government agencies.
