1262. Museums and libraries is a type of real estate according to the Classification of Types of Constructions developed by the United Nation and adopted by the European Union, particularly Eurostat. It is a Level 4 category that is a subset of the ‘126. Public entertainment, education, hospital or institutional care buildings’ class of constructions.

If at least half of the overall useful floor area is used for residential purposes, the building is classified as a residential building.
