Fee simple

Fee simple is a type of property ownership that is complete and uncompromised. The fee simple rights can still be limited by the government, such as be a subject to taxation, but in all other terms a fee simple property owner has all the rights to it, including the rights for the land the property stands on, any additional structures that are attached to it etc. The owner is free to transfer the rights to anyone, as well as to impose any encumbrances. In other words - it is the simplest way of owning a property. Everything related to a property is under the control of the owner, and only the government has more rights than the he/she.
